New Collaboration to Develop Circular Economy Projects

A new collaboration is emerging between predoctoral students from UPT and the UPV, opening the door for innovative projects focused on sustainability and the circular economy.

The cooperation builds on the knowledge and skills developed through the EDU4PlastiCircular Erasmus+ training, which provides participants with practical insights into plastics, microplastics, and circular economy solutions. By applying these concepts in real projects, students will explore ways to reduce plastic pollution and promote more sustainable material use.

Through this collaboration, predoctoral researchers will have the opportunity to design and develop new initiatives aligned with circular economy principles, turning theoretical knowledge into practical solutions. The projects will focus on improving sustainability practices and exploring innovative approaches to plastics management.

This initiative reflects one of the main goals of the EDU4PlastiCircular project: strengthening skills, encouraging collaboration, and supporting the next generation of researchers and professionals working toward a circular and climate-neutral economy.

Updates and results from these projects will be shared on our website microplastics.today here,Santi 1where we continue to publish resources, insights, and educational materials related to plastics and microplastics.

Collaboration, education, and innovation are key drivers of the transition toward a more sustainable future.
