EDU4PLASTICIRCULAR Presented to Master’s Students at Universitat Politècnica de València

On 27 May 2026, the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) hosted an EDU4PLASTICIRCULAR Erasmus+ Project multiplier event focused on circular economy education and sustainable materials.

During the event, researcher Yamila Vázquez from the Universidad Nacional del Sur (UNS), Argentina, delivered a talk to students from the Master’s Degree in Materials Engineering, Science, Processing and Characterisation, as well as the Textile Master’s programme. Her presentation introduced the EDU4PLASTICIRCULAR project and explored the challenges and opportunities of sustainable plastic management within the framework of the circular economy.

The session encouraged future engineers and materials specialists to consider innovative approaches for reducing plastic waste and supporting a more sustainable future through education, research, and responsible resource use.
