EDU4PlastiCircular Supports Environmental Sustainability Training at Erasmus+ BIP in Latvia

Experts from Universitatea Politehnica Timișoara, together with colleagues from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov (Romania) and the University of Insubria (Italy), delivered a training and certification session for students participating in the ERASMUS+ Blended Intensive Programme on Environmental Sustainability (kid+) (BIP – ESKIDS+ 2026), hosted by the Riga Technical University, Latvia.

The training provided an opportunity for students to deepen their knowledge of environmental sustainability while engaging with international experts through interactive learning activities. The sessions encouraged the exchange of ideas, practical experiences, and innovative approaches to addressing environmental challenges, including plastic pollution and circular economy solutions.

The enthusiastic participation of both trainers and students reflects the growing impact of the EDU4PlastiCircular project in expanding its network of tutors, trainers, and future environmental leaders. By reaching new audiences through international educational initiatives, the project continues to strengthen capacity building and promote sustainability education across Europe.
