On March 6th, 2026, the Transilvania University of Brașov participated in the EDU4PlastiCircular Multiplier Event, hosted at the “Sergiu T. Chiriacescu” Aula during the BRAMAT International Conference.
As a project partner, the University joined experts and educators from across Europe to address key topics such as education for plastic circularity, environmental crime related to plastic and textile waste, and international collaboration on microplastics.
A key highlight was the presentation of the EDU4PlastiCircular digital tools, including the e-learning platform, digital library, tutorials, and certification scheme, showcasing innovative approaches to sustainability education.
The event brought together partners from Romania, Spain, Italy, and Slovenia, demonstrating strong European cooperation and a shared commitment to advancing circularity in engineering education.
It was an inspiring event that reinforced the University’s dedication to supporting a more sustainable and circular future.
