Two of our project partners are currently enjoying their time in the beautiful city of Yogyakarta, staying at The Alana Hotel & Conference Center Malioboro. This hotel is not just about luxury with its 300 rooms but also about sustainability!
Instead of handing out plastic bottles to each guest, The Alana has thoughtfully installed water dispensers on every floor. This excellent practice not only ensures guests have access to safe drinking water but also significantly reduces plastic waste.
Such initiatives are perfectly aligned with our EDU4plastiCircular project goals, promoting eco-friendly alternatives and contributing to a circular economy.
