The Alcoy campus of the Polytechnic University of Valencia has launched the first neuroeducation laboratory in Spain. Called Neuroedulab, it is equipped with the latest technology in neuroscience biometrics. This technology allows monitoring of student performance, with the aim of improving students’ learning and assimilation of new knowledge.
This new laboratory on the Alcoy campus of the UPV incorporates electroencephalography equipment, electrodermal skin response, emotion recognition through facial coding, heart rate monitoring, and monitoring of the student’s visual attraction, among other technologies.
Prof. Santiago Ferrandiz met with the new director of Neuroedulab, and they also discussed our project.
